Minimize the use of heat styling tools like straighteners, curling irons, and blow dryers as much as possible. Heat can damage your hair and hinder growth. If you must use heat styling, apply a heat protectant spray before using any hot tools.

Step 7: Regular Trims

While it may seem counter-intuitive, getting regular trims is crucial for maintaining long, healthy hair. Trimming the ends every 8 to 12 weeks prevents split ends from traveling up the hair shaft and causing further damage.
